Most homes have at least one socket in the wrong place and one light fitting that hasn’t been touched since the house was built. We add sockets where you actually use them, swap tired light fittings for warmer modern ones, and clean up that one circuit that’s been tripping for months.
Work is done to BS 7671 (the IET Wiring Regulations) using quality fittings. We test before and after and leave a clear written record of what was done.

For Part P notifiable work (new circuits, consumer-unit replacement, bathroom zone work) we partner with a registered electrician so you get a proper compliance certificate. We will flag this up-front in the quote — no surprises.

- Are you Part P registered?
- We work within scope of Part P notifiable and non-notifiable rules. For notifiable work that requires a registered scheme certificate (new circuits, full consumer-unit changes, bathroom zone 1/2 work) we will tell you up-front and bring in a registered electrician we work with regularly.
- Can you add sockets where I want them?
- In most cases yes — we will look at the nearest existing circuit, check loading, and run a fused spur or a new socket from there. We will discuss cable routes with you before we cut into walls.
- Do you do outdoor lighting?
- Yes — garden lighting, security lights, PIR motion sensors, and weatherproof sockets. Cabling is run in SWA or armoured conduit where appropriate.
